Scope of Services. Through this Site, GROWING HEARTS markets and arranges Preschool, Infant Care, Toddler Care, Child Development, In-Home Child Care. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
Site Content. Content displayed on https://growingheartslearningcenter.com is the property of GROWING HEARTS or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is forbidden.
Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.
Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.
Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. GROWING HEARTS does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
